Public help determine how to invest a determined amount of investment on schemes in an area

Game designed where each user has a set amount of money to invest in a city centre and they are presented with different options (all modes) and they must be able to afford to build a range of integrated options. It would help policy makers understand what types of schemes the public want to see delivered and help the public understand the cost of transport and the challenges in delivering it.
