Short Description of the idea (max 50 words)

Today you don't have a bicycle everywhere available. Bicycle sharing schemes are a good step forward, but not covering the complete PT network. Sharing privately owned bicycles good be a good addition.

Full Description of the idea

On many many places privately owned bicycles are parked close to a PT stop. Users of the PT-system cannot use these bicycles, since they're privately owned. By developping a sharing platform the usage of these parked bicycles could me made possible. And thus making the PT-system more accessible.
